Your enrolment is now confirmed, and we look forward to welcoming you to your first aid training session with Gungahlia First Aid.

Important location reminder:
We have moved to Crace. Please check the map location carefully before attending.

You are welcome to park in our driveway or directly in front of our home near the trees. You can also catch bus #23, use Uber, or walk if you are close by.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for all course information, including what to bring, how to prepare, and how to find us. Please also check your junk or spam folder, as important course emails can sometimes end up there.

Attendance and no-show policy:
As we are a small local training business with limited places in each class, your booking means we have reserved a place especially for you.

Please make sure you attend your scheduled session. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible.

A rebooking or cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or non-attendance. A 100% fee may be charged for non-attendance or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, unless a medical certificate or another valid reason is provided.

This policy helps us keep classes affordable and allows other students the opportunity to book into available places.
