Where we treat you as a gungahlia family friend and not a number.
Join our family today and book, learn and have fun with us for your childcare first aid course .
Childcare institutions and childcare staff in Canberra must have extensive training in Childcare First Aid and be CPR certified.
Suppose you intend to work in childcare, daycare, child minding or caring for and supervising a child or children, or you already work in a daycare centre as a nanny, babysitter, teacher or other provider. In that case, this course is essential for your employment or employment opportunities.
Childcare first aid providers are our children's first teachers and play an integral role in our early childhood education systems and our children's health and safety.
Quality care from a young age can significantly impact children's success. Therefore, it requires the support of a qualified professional who is an adequately trained first aider in an emergency. In addition, background checks, drug testing at centres, and reference verification are usually required.
Childcare is one occupation in which first aid training is essential. While there are many reasons for this, the main one is that injuries and accidents happen constantly, and being prepared to deal with them is a top priority.
You must have your first aid certification to be prepared. If you're going to be for children, these are some of the most important certifications to get. The information below discusses the value they can bring to your business.
